New Updates:
I have just swapped out for a new Motherboard.
The computer power LED will light after pressing the on switch, but there will be no harddisk activity and no screen.
So the problem on Motherboard side is solved, but now its seems that the CPU also got problem.
Any Ideas? thanks!

I am using P67 which doesnt come with graphics.

The motherboard is a new one.(still got the SATA flaw though)
