Voice to text software?

recently, i had recorded a voice memo on my iphone, i would like to convert it into a text document. Is there anyway to do this? Thanks in advance.

Vlingo.

You have to re record though.

i tried, downloaded the apps yes,but need to have data plan/wifi in order to have vlingo listen. i am still using my pre-paid card.

Yea, sadly their voice synthesis requires you to have an active connection.

It's a good software that though.. can't deny..
