i jsut changed a new cpu fan for my desktop and iam able to switch on my computer for the least 1hour and it will automatically turn off without any warning. and now iam able to use for days without any problem but yesterday i used until 5am it automatically shut down without warning again.
Overheating is probably the cause of it. Am unsure if you can tweak the fan speed in your desktop. If you are able to, then tweak it to max using speed fan.

This software will show your CPU temps in real temp. Use it to confirm if overheating is the cause.

Easiest way is to "tweak" it from the BIOS.
go to the bios to check your CPU temperature normally it should be around 40 to 50 degree Celsius. if more then that, change new motherboard.
what processor you running and what cpu fan you using? i think maybe you use cheapskate fan on overclocked processor? or heatsink never put properly? or anything not put properly? take out and check again, read the manual.
