Any idea what could be wrong?

  Basically it hangs for a few seconds, becomes very obvious if there is sound.

  And only happens on load.(doesnt happen in idle)

   

  I did some tests:

  Intel Burn Test 100%(RAM + Processor)

  Using external speaker and monitor.
