Netbook- which brand is gd

  Hi, I would like to get a netbook for my son who is in Sec 4 next year.  Which brand n model is good.  He will be using it for school work. Easy for him to carry around.  Pls assist.

  netbook might not be enough for sch work

  it's gonna lag when he does assignments on Word or create presentations with PPT.
  (alongside web, email, IM, games)
  
  with the small screen, his eyesight might be affected/worsen

   

  a netbook, 顾��义, is for surfing the net (only, preferably)
  other intensive activities shd be kept to a minimum.

  Is the Samsung netbook good? I like the appearance of the Samsung netbook.

   

  I'm planning to buy a netbook, but I'm concerned about the battery life and the specs like dual-core atom, nvidia ion graphics card.

   

  Alot of netbook are priced at $599 nowadays.

   

  Any recommendations for a good place to buy?

  Alienware, they play every farking game you throw at it.

  If I had the chance to choose again, I would have taken the 256gb flash HDD upgrade though it costs a bomb.
