hotmail acct auto send out emails

  has gone bonkers. it sent out a lot of emails without my knowledge. i have closed it but have to wait.

  someone might have hacked into your email account.... changed your password or just get rid of it altogether.

  It happened to me and a few of my friends before....

  i created a new account and tried to connect with my friends on messenger. under the old account i can see my friends are online but the new account shows offline. any idea why?

  Usually changing a password is enough, no need to create new account.

  probably your password wasn't strong enough, or could be someone sharing your account leaked the password or hacked it.

  When entering password, make sure that hotmail recognises your password as a strong one.

  Stop using.  Change to gmail, yahoo or any others you can find.

   

  Hotmail is not secure.   Message sent is subject to third party viewing.
