  Fijentna: try searching for free web hosts on google, there are many web hosts out there..:) PlayMemory is also right. it's one of the best out there.

  To set up a website you will need a domain name which requires a yearly payment.

  Perhaps you should try using blogger (http://www.blogger.com) to setup a website as its free. Only thing you need to know is how to change the coding of its templates in order to setup a nice site.

  There's sites to get free domain names like .co.cc or .cz.cc

  It depends on what you mean - do you need free hosting, or a built-in editor for the site?

  Are u doing a business? Cause having a free website may not have your site indexed properly = less/no visitors to site
