Why is it that every day I get at least one warning message about unresponsive scripts? Every morning when I start up firefox I get a warning about a script. Sometimes during the day I get more of them, not always about firefox. I usually just click 'cancel script' rather than waiting to see if it clears up.
Need more details and add in a screenshot if possible.

If it's coming from Firefox only, try disabling all installed Firefox add-ons and see if it helps.

It didn't do it this morning for the first time in a long time.

Add-ons disabled and I'm restarting firefox now....since it didn't have an unresponsive script this morning it might be difficult to tell if that helped.

Errr...in that case, leave them enabled until you encounter the same issue again. Then have them disabled.
