Need Suggestions and Tips with the Broadband providers In SG

  Hey Guys, 

  I am new here. =) 

  I am a foreigner and have been in Singapore for almost 3 years. I need suggestions and tips for "The best internet broadband service provider" for hardcore gaming and downloading in Singapore. I have been hearing M1 and singtel broadband relatively lags and slows in games. Have been using Starhub maxonline for 2 years but it doesn't really impress me much. It sometimes loads quite long in peak hours and buffering is really really slow sometimes. And it always lags when I try to stream some live channels lately. Any suggestions or tips would be really really appreciated! Share your experience with me! My budget is around 60$ per month.
