My home desktop PC uses Windows Vista premium, anyone knows how do I upgrade it to Windows 7?
How do we keep the current data in our computer?
Pls help!!! Really wish to upgrade to windows 7. Will our computer data be lost during the upgrading process?
Windows Vista to Win 7 wont be lost. As its an upgrade.
U can choose to upgrade or do full clean installation.
Try control panel there, under Systems, is there an option to let u upgrade or not.
If not, try downloading the starter pack or whatever ah
Only WinXP requires full clean installation.
The good news is that programmes still can function according to specifications.

Cause from Vista to Win7, they will give u an option to back up and transfer.
IF they dont, you just save it into a folder lo. U can double check with the vendor.

Oh.. and if u can find the windows7 family, contains 3 Win7 premium upgrades, that would be way worth the price of a single one.

Windows 7 family, contain 3 Win 7 premium upgrades is? For 3 COMs one? That one more worth it?
i would reccommend for a fresh installation. it removes all the unwanted stuff from ur hard disk, but of course, remember to backup all important files.

Buy full version or upgrade version?
I would say buy full version
What if your windows 7 corrupts and you need to reformat?
