Firstly, your casing is small, and that would cause some problems:
From the picture on hp website, it seems like it is a small system.
And because it is a small system, you might have problem finding a powerful powersupply that will fit into the box, because in order to run a graphics card of higher spec, the power requirements will be higher, and the type of powersupply that can produce those power are generally bigger in size, and may not fit into your casing.
Also, if the casing is small, you are limited to only low profile graphics card, and that would mean not being able to fit in those giant graphics card.

and rest not important…I want to upgrade thw power supply and the graphics card (kinda lousy).
But im afraid that the build of the computer is solid, in other words. Stuck with the Mobo and CPU. I just want to upgrade the graphics card. Is it possible? I dont want to change mobo.
And power supply is an easy thing right?
Mobo is one thing. Casing is another. You are more or less stuck with that PSU, considering that getting a replacement SFX/TFX PSU is difficult and/or expensive. Next is your maximum level of GPU. The most powerful card that you can put in there is a HD5550/5570 low-profile card. These cards can work well with that PSU given their low power requirements.
The 220W PSU in OEM systems more or less will do 220W. OEM PSU's aren't junk, unlike some PSU's out there.
The best GPU you can fit in there will have to be a half-height card. HD5570 is probably the only way to go in terms of most powerful, unless you want to sacrifice the DVD drive for a 5.25" GPU PSU and use a USB DVD drive instead. Then you can go out and hunt down those half-height HD5770's.
