Unresponsive Itouch!

  I recently just jailbreak my Itouch 3.1.3 and accidentally updated to the latest version 4. While all the stuffs in my itouch is back uped, halfway thru the whole thing crashed and now my itouch cannot be synced to itunes anymore. help me!
