personal email keep sending spam

  hi recently i noticed my email keep sending spam mail to my friends. i know im infected with some sort of malwares. but are there any reliable and useful (FREE) anti-virus software that i can download to detect and removes these malwares? its kinda irritating seeing those postmaster emails sent to my inbox always showing i sent these spam mails to my contact list.. zzz

  let me guess, u're using hotmail rite..
  if so then just create another email add..

  yar u r right. im using hotmail.. u experience b4 also? or is hotmail getting more and more useless now??

  erm changing password works?? so simple as that?
