Thumbdrive problem?

My files can't be copied into my thumbdrive anymore. There's still enough space but whenever I copied any format of files in, the error "<file name> can't be created in the directory"

Any idea what's wrong?

I reformatted the thumbdrive and it's solve already. Sorry mod/ditzy for the trouble.
