Lend me windows XP setup CD

  Hi all!

   

  I wish to re-install my windows XP, but i lost the setup CD.

  Anyone kind enough to lend me their setup disk?

  I still have my activation key so should be easy, and only take like an hour or two.

  (Processor is a slow 90nm intel celeron ULV 353)

  Wouldn't that make my copy not genuine although i have the key?

  why would it not be genuine if you have a genuine key?
