Micro SDHC card cannot be read!

  ARGH! Help, my micro sdhc card 8GB, cannot be read on my computer nor on my phone. When i insert it into my computer it says harware id missing. =_= HELP! Thank you! =D

  First things first:

   

  Can your phone and computer read SDHC cards? It may be able to read SD cards, but SDHC is slightly different. SDHC card readers can read both, but not the other way around.
