This survey might be of possible interest to application developers.
I'm a university student doing a project on possible sets of data that might face high demand from application developers if the government were to openly share such information online in its move toward e-Government.
Such data sharing through open source portals have been initiated in the US and UK for purposes of application development and citizen co-creation (check out
