HP service center hotline SUCKS

Their office hours should start from 9am.. I called the hotline for nearly 30mins and i gave up.. I could not even reach them, greeted only by humans bots repeating instructions again and again...
I nid to clarify with them, that my hard disc will not be formatted as my hard disc is functioning well.
And what's with the repair will be within Three working days??? It's already going to be a week, and my laptop is not ready yet.
The most fed up thing is, i can't even reach them through thier hotline.
Does anyone here experience such situation as well?
