but i dont know why?
any suggestion how i can find the reason?
When does it happen? What are the specifications of your PC?
It may be overheating.
My lappie was also hanging and was very slow.
I just downloaded all sorts of utility and optimization programs from download.com and tried to run every sort of optimization/maintenance program I could.
Now my lappie is at least running slightly faster and not hanging too much as before.

Probably the in-built fan spoilt.
BTW, you kept mentioning PC, so is it laptop or desktop?

no cost as i have extended warranty.
he told me without warranty the site visit itself is around 120. replacement parts will be charged accordingly.

120 for a simple replacement lol.
if no warranty, ownself install better.
Sometimes, installing more of these 'diagnostic' softwares actually worsens the problem.

Holy crap, 120 bucks just for visiting the site.
I charge 80-100 for assembly of an entire new rig, from ground up.
And I do cable management. I wager HP doesn't do that.
$120...might as well top up a little bit more to get a 2nd hand pc.
How much is a little bit more.
LOL.
$120 isn't going to fetch you much on the used PC market.
with this budget you're looking at low-speed S775 with no discrete graphics, entry level 120GB HDD maybe, and crappy hardware.
