Just wanna clarify, when I want to terminate my Starhub broadband line, do I have to go down to customer service centre to do so or through call? And do I have to bring the modem and router over to terminate my line?

You can get to keep your modem and router.
If it's less than the agreed stipulation contractual period. you would have to head down and pay early contractual penalties
