Lachesis user here too .
Wrist movements too fast thus causing it to disconnect ? It has never happened to me and my other lachesis friends .
Check when you're gaming/using are you pressing the buttons 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 . And dpi buttons . As those will affect your mouse to pause (configuring the settings) and then when it move about .
Only problem I faced with when it keeps on jerking around .
I strongly disagree to changing to K9 , tried it before and it sucks for a gamer...
You might want to see what kind of grip do you use first . Palm or finger .
Then slowly browse through Razer .
Ultimately I still think Lachesis is good enough .

I disenabled those buttons with the software so pressing it should not change config..... but that gave me another thought.... cos the mouse feet is abit worn out.... meybe sometimes accidentally depress the profile button below the mouse....I think I'll go buy some rubber for the feet..... might solve the issue .... I'll let you know when I do.
I use finger more than palm......i.e. Claw Gripper.
Oooo you tried G9 b4 le.... the logitech 1 yar?.... kk in that case I give that a miss.
If i can get rid of the disconnecting/reconnecting ok its good.... but otherwise I give ppl free frags when it happens... Once .... it disconnects whilst I was firing.... so it auto fired all my ammo .... then everyone heard my gunfire come and kill me....and I have no ammo left :P
Kind Regards

Btw does any of yer frens or yerself have this problem of windows not reading the Lachesis after booting i.e. mouse cursor won't move... and I have to pull out the USB and replug before windows reads it. I'm using XP.
