He lied :O
CUDA is only supported in the 8000 series and greater, because only starting from then that GPUs had the hardware to compute CUDA or any other crap that wasn't Crysis.
No such thing is CUDA cores back then. "CUDA cores", or the term anyway, was recently introduced by NV to give their ALUs (Arithmetic Logic Units) fancy shmancy names. Back in the days of GF7000 and earlier, there were stuff like pixel and vertex shaders. Vertex shaders could do everything a pixel shader did, and more. Pixel shaders, well, were the basic ones. A 6800GT has 16 pixel shaders, and 8 vertex shaders.
No, it will NOT run BFBC2. At least, at any speed that won't get you killed very fast. It is highly unpleasant. The minimum specs call for a 7800GT, at the very least. And that has 7 VS units and 20 PS units, versus the 8/16 config of the 6800. Also, the 7800GT is higher clocked. And I meet the minimum specs with an old X1900XT from ATi. Game looks like shit, and I lag a bit. This playing @ 1024x768 on what looks like low.

Yes. Though in huge firefights and when lots of buildings collapse, expect a slightly laggy experience.
Why not try to play these games for yourself using the cards? Different people have different perceptions of lag. The lag might seem okay to some people, but not others.
no cuda. no physx.
physx started in the 8xxx series. cuda only in the GTXxxx/GTxxx series.

true. most people say 30-40fps is then considering playable, but for me im alright with 25-30fps.
anything under 20fps starts to get really hairy.
