Help !! HDD crashed !

  I need help !

  My wife kao peh kao bu my hard disc crashed , before that never did any back up .

  Cos all her photographs and daughter's plus son's photographs all inside .

  How can i retrieve those photographs from the crashed HDD ?

  Any website or experts can help ?

  we need more info...

  like got sound coming from HDD?Any error messages?How did U determine the HDD actually crashed?

  ya got , tit tit tit tucccccccccccccc , i already changed into a new HDD .....

  The old one when u shake the disc , inside like got one got screw drop the sort of sound .

  Head crash
  
  Mechanical fault, may be cause by wear and tear or sudden shock to the harddisk

  Data recovery for such cases are quite expensive
