Everytime I tried to install my new AIO HP deskjet F2410, I will receive this error message:
"Fatal during installation. ERROR 1935. AN ERROR OCCURED DURING THE INSTALLATION ASSEMBLY MICROSOFT.VC80.ATL, PROCESSORARCHITECTURE='x86',PUBLICKEY TOKEN='1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b',version='8.0.50727.91,type='win32'. please refer to help and support for more information."
My OS is Windows Vista 32-bit. Tried everything as told in HP support but so far nothing works.
Can someone kindly suggest the remedy for this?
Try downloading new driver?
Already downloaded the updated driver. The message still appears.
Based on my previous experience, basically is not the printer driver, it lies on VISTA. VISTA has such problem, however, it can be solve but charges apply.
I can get it done for you onsite but there will be charges incurs.
You can consider upgrade to Window 7 or downgrade to WinXp.
We do provide onsite support to home users.
Do email me at [email protected] to find out more.
ignore jjmegamall.
If the problem is really due to Vista, you could right click the installer...under compatibility tab, "compatibility mode" select run this programme in compatibility mode for xp service pack 3.
see if this solves the problem.

What do you mean by the installer? Is it the updated driver I downloaded?

Hi LatecomerX,
I can't even access the website. Everytime go to the page, wait for a few seconds and this message appears:
"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site

Maybe you can copy and paste the instructions onto the forum itself?
Thanks.

Here's an off the top of my head thought:
You are installing software for an All in One printer onto a VISTA Home
series system and the Home series VISTA does not include Fax & Scan so
the installer is looking for something that is not there.
Since I've seen references to a similar problem and Image Zone which is
part of the HP package, try uninstalling everything HP you can see in
Remove Programs and deleting any HP icon there may be in the Printers
folder after unplugging the USB cable from the PC end.
Then reboot, download the simplified package:

Make sure you use Download Only and Save, not Run when the choices
appear.
Note where you saved the file to and install that -- do not plug the
USB cable from the AIO to the PC until the install procedure tells you
to or until you get to [Finish].
Good luck.
Or:
I gave up on IE 7 and downloaded Firefox as my default Browser and have
no problems with my hp deskjet 5650.
