Singtel. However, be aware that most mobile broadband are using 3G for data transfer, and if the 3G antenna ain't present, your speed will just drop to accomodate GSM. One of the biggest blindspots have to be Outram station to Tiong Bahru.
Alot of HDB flats also do not have it, so you'll be getting ranged signals from the nearest antenna, or not get it at all. The higher you live up, high chances you'll get weak to no 3G signal.
I live on the 17th floor, and I got no 3G, until I step into the lift. Can be a pain sometimes when your home wifi doesn't reach far enough to the corner of your home.
ur mobile bb shd be able to connect if your hp's 3G network indication have at least 2 bars reception. (applies to ST)
but it's darn tupid to keep checking ur fone, ur dongle, ur connection.......
If you have an iphone with internet tethering setting available, it serves exactly the same purpose as the mobile broadband dongle. Singtel, Starhub, and M1 iphone basic plans give 12gb with 30 bucks excess cap per month. Just remember to disable your wifi when using it.
Believe me 12gb is alot alot alot. If you can exceed that 12gb a month, you must be someone with extreme patience using it to download divx widescreen HDTV quality movies.
my bom plan is 15gb limit
i tried abusing it and i oni managed to chalk up 2gb+ for tt mth.
