Oh dear, looks like a newbie to me?
First off, are you willing to accept any damages that may occur to the card as a result of the voltmod? Voltmodding is NOT covered by most warranties, and most distros have ways to detect voltmodding (damage to VRM area, BIOS modifications etc.). Playing with fire isn't a good thing.
Anyway, have you tried MSI's Afterburner software? Their voltage tweaking works on many 5700/5800 series cards. Might work for your 5750, no guarantees though.
I know that flashing other brand 5770s to Asus 5770 gives it voltmod options, not sure if Asus' 5750 has voltmod options too.
If it has you could try to flash it to Asus VGABIOS and then use MSI Afterburner to tweak it.
try flashing to 5750 instead...
i know that 5850 -> 5870 works but i'm not sure 5750 -> 5770 works.
theoretically it should because 5750 is like a 5770 with some shaders disabled.

The thing is there are no 5750 in the market that support voltmod.
And also the flashing can only be done within the Juniper core, if not i would flash to the 5850 which support voltmod.
and with some bios, my clocks get stuck at 600/1200, weird eh?

But there are 5770 cards that do. You can't flash from Juniper to Cypress, since they are totally different cores. But for Juniper to Juniper, or Cypress to Cypress should be fine. Flashing a 5750 to a 5850 will brick the card.

Could it be so coincidentally that the BIOS is for OEM 5750's?
I know that an old X1300PRO I have is manufactured for HP by MSi, and OC-ing it even by 10MHz causes the card to lock up. And no, it is not overheating. 10MHz core above factory values does not fry a card.
