Why cannot connect?

I got a wireless@sg acc and its singnet.. but why cant i connect to wireless@sg when the icell page shows powered by m1?

did you sign up your wireless@sg a/c with either icell, singtel or m1..

i did it.. but then it just returns to the login page and prompt me to sign in again..

if u registered with singtel for example, you must select the @ singtel option..

i did everything correct.. the thing is i can connect when im in shopping centre.. but then in sch.. why i cant ?! laptop can.. but the ipod touch cant..
