ipod touch screwed

Eh guys i need some help. I resetted my ipod touch. then the battery ran out before it fully reset, now when i try to connect to my itunes, nothing happens, just the usb sign comes out and i cant sync. im not sure if its charging either. anyway to fix?

try resetting it again? otherwise you might need to go down to the applestore.

i think it couldnt sync coz my itunes version was wrong, coz when i went to sch and connected to my friend's laptop it could sync but had to restore, and the sch internet block the connection, so he haf to help me go home restore. ty for the info anw
