hey guys last time when i had the microsoft xp that came with my laptop. all the programs such as bluetooth and webcam ( with the hardware of coz) were included. but when i change to windows 7. it disappears. how do i get them back or can i?

go to ur manufacturer website and download all the drivers and software related to the programs mentioned for Windows 7. once installed, it should be able to work.
cant find leh. its v confusing. how do i know my computer's model?

flip ur laptop upside down, the serial number and model number should all be there. first and formost, what is the manufacturer of ur laptop?
