Lenovo S10-2 RAM upgrading

  I recently got myself a Lenovo S10-2 netbook & am keen to upgrade its current RAM to a 2gb type..

  was wondering if anyone could recommend a shop(s) that sells RAM at a reasonable price & also anyone currently using a S10-2 netbook would perhaps like to give their views of how is it so far..

  Any neighborhood shop that sells RAM can do it for you. SLS has some good shops that can do it, but best is DIY. Buy the stick, and open the panel up. You get to learn something about the computers you use.

  Haha, I also use the S10-2 netbook! I got it for free via Singtel/Singnet. My views on it?

  Negative: Gets quite hot especially around the HDD area, I can't blame it on the netbook itself though.

  Positive: Like the design of the netbook itself, love the nice finish at the LCD lid area...

  Video Pro, Bizgram, Bell Systems, Best Price, mynextcom etc. Ask if they do laptop upgrading first. Or, read up on how-tos then buy a 2GB stick from any of these shops.

  one of my friend also recommended the shop best price iirc..

  okie, just signed up for an account yesterday & will try it latest by this week..
  so u just plug in your broadband cable or u using wireless router..

  nah, its either I use wireless@sg when I'm outside, wireless router if I'm at my aunt's place & broadband cable if I'm at home..

  My internet route very jialat -_- Load Youtube videos halfway then suddenly stop....But no probs .... Now it's charging (my S10-2 netbook).

  oh, i use all 3 types

  i prefer mobile wireless than wireless sg.

  at home, it will either be wireless router or i plug in directly from the router.

  outside strictly only mobile wireless.

  No, just got it on October 09. Didn't upgrade any hardware.

  purchased a TPU keyboard protector yesterday for my S10-2..

  Oh and I forgot to mention, the left USB port of the S10-2, quite hard to plug in my thumbdrive. The right side is quite easy to plug in though.

  maybe must season it la..
  haven't tried plugging in my thumbdrive yet..

  but the small charging adapter quite cute in terms of its size..
