May I know how do I check how much of my ram is utilise? I might want to close some unwated programs so as to speed up my computer speed. Any idea how?

What operating system are you using?
A rule of thumb to increase start up speed is to reduce startup programmes.
you can do so by.
- start
- click on run/ or type run in vista.
- type in" msconfig"excluding the " ".

Hi coldzero,
I believe you can check the amount of Physical Memory used for the processes from the Task Manager.
