The singnet broadband sucks. Always automatic disconnect and need to wait for 5 min before i can connect back.
I swear to switch to Starhub in the future.
I separate the telephone line and place the 2 line with mirco-filter. You know what. Still the same. Guys please dun use singnet. I got a very bad experience here.

Maybe you do. I don't. Been using SingTel/SingNet for so long, and always pretty good connection, unless underground cable kena cut or something. I get very good download speeds and stuff, and the service staff are very friendly. Even if got disruption will connect back very fast.

I think singnet is fine, the problem seems to lies with the 2wire modem cum router that comes with it.
The advantage of the modem is that it will auto log you into the gateway when you disconnect, however i have experience problem where by the modem doesnt remember your acc info
Singnet changed the router for me once or twice because it is faulty
