Singtel BroadBand Connection Problem

Hi guys, I've got this Singtel Modem which is like the USB stick kind. Recently like 1 week ago, the connection has been really slow and has been changing from LIGHT-BLUE, BLUE, GREEN, BLUE, LIGHT-BLUE simultaneously.
LIGHT-BLUE = 3G Normal/fast connection speed.
BLUE = 3G Slow connection speed.
GREEN = 2G connection speed. (0 kb/s)
Its quite irritating when it changes to BLUE or GREEN because i cant load anything, like a simple facebook page will take mins to load. so i must wait for it to change to LIGHT-BLUE then i can load the page easily.
But this has been going on for the pass week and i'm damn pissed. I tried calling the service provider but they keep saying that its probably the rain or you need to let it cool down or other bull loads of crap. The Modem is cold and it has the same problem. Even when its cloudy (best weather
) same problem occurs no matter what time or place or temperature! This is some serious problem and i don't want to go down some deserted place and exchange for it. Im a busy guy. Need help with this problem guys, THanks!

They sux. Better switch to starhub early pal. Terminate them

Singtel has the best connection speed in singapore. starhub placed second then M1 third.
Now i really need some help here, great help here appreciated :)
