songs missing in creative mp3 player

  My mp3 is creative moziac E100, 8gb and I am using window vista. I downloaded 1277 songs inside it but it only show 1260 in my mp3. May I ask where the others songs are? It has still 3 over gb of space inside the mp3. Thank you for your quick reply!!

  Can you plug in the MP3 to your computer?

  Browse to the music folder and select all the music files there. Right click and select Properties. Windows would give a count of the number of files selected. Please see if it tallies with the MP3 count that the player shows.

  perhaps never transfer properly / finish .

  maybe you accidently cancelled transfer/unplugged the drive.

  It could be hidden files.

  Plug in the mp3

  Click on organise, (at the top left hand corner)

  

  Folder and Search options.

  

  Click on view and scroll down to Hidden files and folders.

  Show hidden files and folders.

  Then do what ndmmxiaomayi said, and see if it tallys.
