Hougang has some tech shops in the neighbourhood if I recall correctly, not sure if those shops closed already.
Hougang Mall has Challenger... can try there. But Challenger stuffs not cheap.

When buying, tell the person ur specs
And know whether ur graphics card slot is pci express or agp, agp are still around, but harder, they need to get from distro as they dont keep stock
Also note how strong ur powersupply is, dont buy something that your powersupply cant push, like if you are using a standard 450w powersupply, dont expect it to run a GTX 295
However if your powersupply is a true power 450w, you can consider the 9800gt, it does not require a power connection
