When i use my laptop or desktop to log into a game,i would have a fixed IP address from starhub.
What if i am using iphone 3G (from singtel) to log in the game? Will the IP address change? Also different log in times, different ip address?

Never try before, but since plan is from Singtel, your IP address will definitely be different from Starhub assigned IP address.
From my experience, Singtel's IP address tend to change frequently. It's very dynamic.
