Buying laptops online from America - compatiable?

Hi, I saw this ad on a local website tarazz.com recently, wondering if there are any compatiability issues if i order? Don't want to spend that money and find out that the plug does not fit into SG socket. Appreciate any advice, thanks.

Plug head can use adaptor... but warranty, you have to check whether it is international warranty or just in the states...
