Need your help to solve the problem regarding my system cannot detect usb portable harddisc. i plug in to my system there are error on the usb mass storage device (yellow ! mark ) The device cannot start. (code 10) in the device manager .how to slove this problem? i try the portable hard disc on other com no problem.
Please try uninstalling your portable hard drive drivers, then re-plug in again and see if it works.
