Help! PC ERROR

  When i boot into XP Black edition, and after formating my hdd. hmy pc restart with the folloing error.

   

  STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
  The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000402 (0x0000000 0x00000000)
  The system as been shut down.
  

   

   XP installations cannot continue. how should i fix this problem?

   

  Please help  me. thanks

  problems with your boot files?

  can u reinstall windows?

  Do a repair windows installation: 1. Run win xp setup 2. During xp setup, the setup program will detect your existing windows xp and prompt if you want to format the harddisk and install windows or do a repair windows installation 3. Choose repair windows installation and continue from there
