What type of RAM to ask for?

  I'm not good with computer hardware so need to seek help here with regards to which type of RAM to ask for if I want to buy one

  By the way, if you are using a 32-bit operating system, there's no point installing more than 4GB of RAM since you won't be able to utilize the extra amount of RAM installed.
