try this.
1) Uninstall MSN Messenger Live in the Add/Remove Programs Panel in Control Panel.
2) Delete the MSN Messenger Live folder in Documents & Settings, and App Data.
3) Reinstall MSNM, and disable all options.
4) Disconnect from the internet, via Run/cmd (the command prompt). By going C:, ipconfig all, ipconfig release.
5) Start up MSN , and wait for a troubleshoot screen, press 'repair' and let it do what it does.
6) Reconnect to the network.
7) Sign in again and configure options (except sign in automatically, and sign in when connection to inernet establsihed).

After I signed out and shut down. Next day I turn on my laptop it can't work anymore
Tried scanning the system for viruses, reinstalling and system restore but to no avail
Using any add-ons for WLM?
nope, not using any addons
OK.
Can you try logging on as another Windows user and see if this issue occurs again? (which is Start > Log Off > Select another username)
Create a dummy account if you have none.

I just created a dummy account and the Windows Live Messenger can be launched. But it cannot be launched in my own administrator account. A message saying that Windows Live Messenger has stopped working pop out
Does this means my user account is corrupted?
This could likely be the case. If there are no issues with using this account to open WLM, then I suggest that you keep to using this account.
