May I know if i'm able to access the internet outdoors with my laptop when I'm not able to access wireless@SG? If i can, how can I do it? I've check on the broadband plans on Singtel but all of them are home access-ed broadband plans. Any plans with Singtel or Starhub providing that service? Thanks!
