  My company has both Facebook and LinkedIn. Has zero interest in them because:

  1. Privacy

  2. Laziness.

  3. Overhyped. Such sites are seriously overhyped.

  Yes, I agree about the privacy and laziness problem. However, why do you think corporate social network is overhyped? Care to elaborate the reasons?
