I am looking for a network tools on my PC to monitor all connections at all times, so that I can kill conection which i do not want and to see IP address which the chat software ( ie msn, skype) connecting to my PC.
Firewall?
Not really a firewall, a network software for monitoring on all connects on my PC.

mb u can elaborate? what u mean by connections?
Use a firewall to see inbound outbound traffic and can disable a connection if u want to.
To see ip addresses of connections run>cmd>netstat -a
or download a free network analyzer tool such as wireshark
http://www.wireshark.org/

A firewall would usually do a good job, unless you need more power to do something else, such as killing the connections and preventing it from connecting to it again.
For MSN and Skype connections... I don't think there's an easy way to kill that, unless your contacts come from a specific country and you can easily block a whole range of IP addresses that you don't want to see your chat softwares connecting to.
Thanks. Wireshark is complicated for me. Firewall is a good idea. Please introduce a software for me.
As for msn and skype, i would like to see the connection where they come from. A software with IP showing when connecting would be helpful. please introduce.
Online Armour is a good firewall. You will need do something about its HIPS feature (it's the program that keeps prompting you for everything that you install)
As for a software that shows connections, try TCPView from Sysinternals (now part of Microsoft) - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437.aspx
