  Hi all!

  I need help in my messenger, it seems that my chat window cannot be seen. It becomes invisible. PLEASE HELP! I do not want to reformat my laptop!

  1 way, uninstall and re-install Window Live Messager...

  i suppose u have msgpluslive installed

  go to the preferences --> under conversations, got this chat windows transparency thingy --> switch it to anywhere towards the left
