What has happened to my hotmail A/C?

  I recently received an email from e hotmail team that they were removing some junk a/cs coz there was un expected rise in no. of new a/cs. So they said if i were not to reply, my a/c would be locked.

  I replied but when i logged in e next day, i realised i could not enter into my a/c.

  Now I may have lost all my MSN contacts.

  Can some1 help me?

  high chance is a scam..

  did you try re-logging back in..

  Yep. They test whether you are still using. and you did response to them. So they either hack active emails

  i had another a/c under my nick, but that a/c didn't receive e msg

  i suggest you change all your accounts linked to this email. eg (facebook, internet banking, ebay etc)

   

  the hacker might use your email to hack into those accounts as well.

  i think that a/c cannot be saved..

  does any1 have an idea how to retreive my msn contacts?

  don't think there's any way whereby you can retrieve your msn contacts..

  best is use a separate account for your msn & email..

  some advised to change passwords weekly & choose have a mixture of letters & nos..

  AEW5001, you wan i can hack back your hacked account for u but only for hotmail. but it may take a day or so and i will need your Ip address. I know i sound suspicious but thats an important aspect in hacking and i need it =/

  The guy wanted you to reply him so that he can get your ip address thru the email you sent him..Hope your contacts are stilll there.
