I would like to ask where can i learn to hack?
I hope i can learn and construct my own hacking tools.
I know nothing about hack at all.
I hope i can learn hacking online.
How do i earn money by being a hacker ? -
you learn in school. computing school.
you earn money by hacking into banks and transfer money to your account.

Fist of Glory UNLESS you are a sophicated hacker, chances of hacking into FBI system is extremely slim. ( everyone know that and why you want to do that, risk of getting into trouble with the cop )

yes it is easy. go do it. -
Hackers are normally clever people, to a extent I would call them genius too.
But u declare openly that u want to be a hacker when u are not one yet, thats not the smartest decision u can ever make.
And usually hackers are hard to catch. But I think hackers is highly sought after by agencies too (if put to use in the correct manner)

learn how a computer work, learn how an OS work, learn programming languages - asm, C, PHP.
listen to security podcasts, visit security websites, attend conventions.
now the recent trend are PHP exploits - RFI
