MacBook or iMac?

  Here is what I usually do on the computer:

  1) Surf the web, like sgForums.

  2) Watch videos online, e.g. YouTube

  3) Watch streaming videos like on ppstream etc.

  4) And also to play games occasionally, e.g. L4D, CS.

  5) And for photo editing as well, currently using PS CS3.

   

  So these are my needs, which is better for me? The 2.0GHz aluminium unibody MacBook or the iMac 20-inch 2.66GHz? I know the specs of these two models like the back of my hand. The only problem is I dunno should I get a desktop or a laptop.

   

  I am probably going into army soon. And after NS, I'm probably going to study as well. So at first I wanted the MacBook because at least it's portable. But at the same time I'm tempted by the much faster processor in the iMac. And that gorgeous 20" screen.

   

  Which should I get?

  If you going to Uni soon, best to get the MacBook. Just be sure to get 4GB RAM, although OSX can run pretty well on just 512MB.The only major performance difference between the MacBook and the iMac is the processor.So get the MacBook :)
