PC hangs after logging in

  Hi all!

  Problematic pc lah...

  Tried to turn it on normally but after the "LOGON SCREEN" while loading my deskstop, the whole pc will hang. Couldn't even Ctrl+Alt+Delete or go into run -> msconfig to try to unclick some programs.

  Currently in safe mode with Network. Scanned it and no problems/errors. Any idea how to fix it? :/

  reformat is my choice even though it has solution sometimes

  Go to safe mode and try doing a System Restore if you're on windows XP , back date to few days ago or even weeks, it helps x)

  Unless he didn't do anything or didn't back up the restore than its reformat

  Yap. I didn't do anything (Installing of program,hardware,software. No virus alert. Delete anything other than my History folder).

  Just tried doing System Restore up to a week. Not fixed :/

  Reformat liao huh... But I don't have the XP CD!!! Lol. Double wammy! Haiz...

  A little radical here, but why dun you try pressing your computer hardware so as to "tighten" any loose parts. No harm trying.

  What did you install that caused this problem? Try to recall. Its normally something you installed or updated that cause this type of issues. Could be a driver issue maybe, since you are able to start in safe mode.

  Confirm didn't do anything at all. Didn't even update iTunes to 8.1.2 (or something like that).

  Last thing I installed was to change my graphic card in december (http://sgforums.com/forums/2250/topics/339444）.

  Oh well :/
