Just ignore the mails or u can call up singnet and let them know this shit is happening.
A real singnet desktop support wun ask for your username and pass, reason being .. They can get it themself except its wrong to do that.

1. They will never ask for your user and pass.
2. They don't have to shutdown unused accounts cause if your account is terminated means its terminated no need for deactivation or anything.
3. Why must they have Country or Territory?
4. They don't need your DOB to close or verify your existance.

Easy lor. Just Complain/report/ignore/spread the message to our fellow singaporeans.

I not so free to call them, as an ISP, don't they have an email address people can forward phishing attempts aimed at their customers?
